二十多年来, the 正规赌博十大平台排行 has created various levels of leadership to enact its vision around diversity, equity, 和包容.  Despite significant advances and achievements over this time, these systems created parallel and sometimes unconnected DEI priorities, policies, practices, 以及整个大学的程序. The goal of this action item is to create 协调, consistent, and connected leadership 和问责制 structure for diversity, equity, 以及大学各个层面的包容.    

  • Conduct a 国家搜索 and successfully hire a Vice-Chancellor for 多样性、股票 and Inclusion to serve as the Chief Diversity Officer of the institution to be completed during the Fall of 2020. 
  • The 多元化、公平和包容办公室(ODEI) will work with every division on campus during the fall of 2020 and winter of 2021 to create a framework for diversity, equity, 包容性领导, 战略规划, 和问责制. This framework will train these leaders to operationalize DU的统一哲学 在制定政策方面, practices, and expectations in relation to the internal and external work, mission, 和一个单位的愿景.

    • Identify and implement best practices for search processes and subsequent retention
